EN - Somewhere in the Californian desert there is the unfinished contour of a place called California City. Seen from above, thousands of streets are carved into the sand, forming a vast network of what seems to be a metropolis. However, on closer inspection one notices something missing: houses. But California City isn’t entirely empty... This film seeks to tell the bigger story of the utopian project.
