Both Michaël R. Roskam & Matthias Schoenaerts, director and leading actor of Oscar-nominated Bullhead, concluded deals with chief talent agencies in Hollywood. Schoenaerts got to an agreement with CAA, putting him in the pleasant company of the likes of Brad Pitt and Cameron Diaz, whereas Roskam linked up with United Talent Agency, which amongst others represents Anthony Hopkins and Noomi Rapace.
Bullhead’s great reception by the American public and critics alike has given rise to a fair deal of business interest in the Bullhead Two. A talent agent, also referred to as a booking agent, is a professional that helps creative artists in finding the right projects. Teaming up with a talent agent is definitely helpful for foreign filmmakers in Hollywood to be able to participate in major productions.
