EN - In 1954, Unikin – the University of Kinshasa – is founded. it consists of a magnificent campus, aimed at the elite in Congo, and built in the style of the 1958 Brussels World Expo. Half a century later, documentary maker Philippe Niclaes visits Unikin to meet with agent Kether Kabasele of the University Police Corps. Kether Kabasele is dreaming of a career as a music star. Frère Kether is a tragi-comic story, a symbol for the state Congo is in, on the falsetto sounds of Kether Kabasele.
