Een bende jongemannen dwalen rond in de stadsrand onder toezicht van hun leider. Hoewel ze in hun dromen een echte motorbende willen zijn, zijn ze nog te jong voor echte motoren. In plaats daarvan rijden ze rond op hun fietsen.
