Lost Persons Area best debut feature at Cinequest

Caroline Strubbe’s Lost Persons Area has been honoured as Best Debut Feature at this year’s 20th anniversary edition of Cinequest (23 February-7 March) in San José. The film, which won the SACD Best Script Award at last year's International Critic's Week in Cannes, was selected for the fest’s Inspire programme.

Lost Persons Area is produced by Tomas Leyers for Brussels-based production outfit Minds Meet. The film stars Lisbeth Gruwez, Sam Louwyck, Zoltan Miklos Hajdu and Kimke Desart. International sales are handled by Paris-based Umedia.
