EN - Bariloche is a documentary series about the forgotten Flemish collaborators of the Second World War. People who opted for the "wrong side" for ideological or materialistic reasons, openly supported the German occupiers and paid a heavy price for it after the war. They were convicted of treason, often in absentia, and then escaped to Argentina, hidden in Bariloche, a beautiful city in the Argentine province of Rio Negro.

In the documentary series Bariloche we portray the Flemish laggards today. How do they deal with their heavy family ideological legacy? How great is the desire for reparation, for a possible return to their home country?
