EN - “It started as a joke but it soon became a motto. To be a Baron in real life, you have to act as smoothly as possible because each human is given an amount of step credit, and every step you take uses it up. That’s what sets us apart from the rest of the world: we Barons knew this fact from the start. The most ambitious Baron is me, Hassan. My kick is to make people laugh. But for my dad, a comedian is not a job like a bus driver with a monthly pay cheque. Mounir wants us to stay Barons forever. But that doesn’t fit with my plan because to succeed, you need to leave the neighbourhood. But you can’t just walk away: you have to escape. And to escape, you have to make a run for it and, if you run, you’re not a Baron anymore.”
