EN - The people in Forres don't work. Between nine and five they disappear into the pubs, where the light shines as a warm glow in their midst. Then the stranger Bodkin comes to town: he has travelled to this remote corner of Europe to hide and lay low but this proves impossible in a town where rumours spread faster then the plague. All characters except Bodkin are real people playing themselves. Red James, a Scotsman who has spent time in various prisons in the UK, narrates the story.
