EN - From the metropolitan harbour city of Antwerp to a remote village in Wallonia and on to the world famous red light district, Chinatown Amsterdam: Chinese restaurants are part of our architectural heritage. But Chinese communities are still socially secluded, their stories hidden behind the peculiar front wall of their restaurant. Chopstick Conversations shines a light on the human condition behind the facade of the Chinese restaurant by revealing the ‘inner side’, the ‘back side’ and the ‘upper side’; the room, the kitchen and the living room.
