Keita is a nine-year old boy growing up in a Belgian-Japanese family. During the summer holidays, he spends two weeks with his grandparents in the Flemish countryside but he and his grandfather struggle to make a connection.

synopsis

Keita is a nine-year old boy growing up in a Belgian-Japanese family. During the summer holidays, he spends two weeks with his grandparents in the Flemish countryside. Keita's relationship with his grandfather is a troubled one. It is a time that is hard for both of them as they are forced to live together under the same roof.
Keita is een negenjarige jongen die opgroeit in een Belgisch-Japans gezin. Tijdens de zomervakantie brengt hij twee weken door bij zijn grootouders op het Vlaamse platteland. Keita heeft echter een moeilijke relatie met zijn opa. In een periode die voor geen van beide gemakkelijk is, worden ze gedwongen om onder één dak te leven.
