Comic drama series ALIVE revolves around Anja (Joke Emmers), a fun-loving 30-something who is stuck in the routine of her job. She fantasises about having her own beauty salon, but in reality she prepares the deceased for storage in a funeral parlour. As a procrastinator, Anja doesn't get around to making her dreams come true, but luckily her clients give her a little push every now and then.
ALIVE tourne autour d'Anja (Joke Emmers), une trentenaire frivole qui est coincée dans la routine de son travail. Dans sa fantaisie, elle a son propre salon de beauté, en réalité elle prépare le défunt pour l'enterrement dans un salon funéraire.
