When her colleague and lover Stephen goes missing, police detective Hanna steps in to handle a mysterious informant in a criminal organisation. She has no idea that the undercover mole is in fact her estranged son Christian, who severed all ties with her when she had him arrested, two years before, for selling drugs. As they tackle the most ruthless and violent criminal gang in the west of England, Hanna and Christian will have to work together and confront their demons.
