synopsis

This is the story of Ms Chicken and Mr Lion, a very unhappily married couple who decide to kill each other. But nothing goes as planned creating burlesque chaos in the city of Brussels, including the death of the great Fish King of Belgium and a shower of scrambled eggs.
Dans une friterie de Bruxelles, on raconte l’histoire de M. Lion et Mme. Poule, un couple d’hurluberlus qui décide un beau jour de s’entretuer. Seulement, rien ne se passe comme prévu et à cause d'eux, le plat pays se retrouve sans dessus-dessous.
Meneer Leeuw en Mevrouw Kip zijn getrouwd, maar ze kunnen elkaar niet meer uitstaan. Wanneer ze beslissen elkaar te vermoorden, gaat alles verkeerd... Zo groeit een klein conflict uit tot een ongelofelijke, nationale ramp.
