CATCH-19to25 is a personal reflection on the relationship between a man and his unorthodox life and work circumstances. The film, like the protagonist, focuses on details and provides insight into a major social problem: the temporary housing of victims of war.
Catch-19to25 is een korte documentaire die zich afspeelt op de vluchtelingenboot die aangemeerd ligt tussen paal 19 en 25 in de haven van Gent. De film toont de bootsman die zorg draagt voor zijn boot: hij schildert en sleutelt aan het tijdelijke huis van zo’n 250 vluchtelingen. Diegene die voor het onderhoud zorgt, maakt zelf ook deel uit van het systeem. Een persoonlijke reflectie over een schuldig landschap.
