Reflections by Marion Hänsel. Ever since I began to walk, I've walked looking up, contemplating the clouds. This has never left me bored. Day after day, "the biggest screen in the world" presents a fascinating spectacle, ever changing and endless. What is unfolding above me, or below me when I'm flying, touches me deeply. An entire array of sensations corresponds to my mood, the moment, the intensity of the light. At times I feel contentment, joy, euphoria, and sometimes melancholia, solitude, serenity or even fear, suffocation, helplessness and anger. Most of the time I just feel the simple happiness of being alive, in a moment in time, a part of a totality where up and down doesn't exist. I'm surrounded by something infinitely light, I'm floating and feel part of the universe. These states of mind, provoked by the clouds, the desire to live, to create - must be universal I'm sure.
Réflexions de Marion Hänsel. Depuis le jour où j’ai commencé à marcher, j’ai toujours marché en regardant, contemplant les nuages. Cela ne m’a jamais ennuyée. Jour après jour, « le plus grand écran du monde » présente un spectacle fascinant, sans fin et changeant en permanence. Ce qui se dévoile au dessus ou en dessous de moi quand je vole me touche profondément. Un déploiement de sensations correspondant à mon humeur, le moment, l’intensité de la lumière. Certaines fois, je ressens de la satisfaction, de la joie, de l’euphorie. D’autres fois, de la mélancolie, de la solitude, de la sérénité ou encore de la peur, de l’asphyxie, de l’impuissance et de la colère. La plupart du temps, je ressens juste la simple joie d’être en vie, à un moment précis, une partie d’un tout où les hauts et les bas n’existent pas. Je suis entourée de quelque chose d’infiniment léger, je flotte et fais partie de l’univers. Ces états d’esprit, provoqués par les nuages, le désir de vivre, de créer, doivent être universels, j’en suis sûre.
