Get Ripped met en relief une rencontre entre Niko, un jeune homme de 20 ans, et son coach sportif. Ils se croisent tous les jours à la salle de sport mais ils restent indifférents et silencieux l'un envers l'autre. Alors que les efforts sportifs de Niko commencent à produire des résultats, un jeu de manipulation commence entre eux. Get Ripped expose le déclin mental d'un jeune homme entamant une transformation physique.
De twintigjarige Niko slijt zijn dagen in de fitness, waar zijn wilskracht al snel wordt opgemerkt door een van de personal trainers. Hoewel de twee elkaar dagelijks zien, is er tussen de twee schijnbaar geen contact. Hoe meer vooruitgang Niko maakt, hoe meer de twee verstrikt raken in een machtsspel. Get Ripped toont het relaas van een jongen die verstikt in zijn zucht naar zelfbevestiging.
