For the first time, Sana dares to do something no one in her family has ever done: she steps into the sea with a surfboard. Together with her sister and friends, she begins a six-week surf therapy programme after school. Each week, they face the cold waves, their fears and themselves. Sana struggles to trust the water. Slowly, fear turns to freedom. The sea that once scared her becomes her ally. When she finally stands on her board, steady and strong, Sana feels like she’s flying, thereby proving that courage can rewrite your story.
