Jester Till is a wise-cracking kid who'll do anything to draw people's attention. His ambitions are side-tracked when his Uncle Marcus, a Wizard, gets in trouble in the bustling town of Boomstadt, where people are devoted to making money.

synopsis

Jester Till is a wise-cracking kid who'll do anything to draw people's attention. His ambitions are side-tracked when his Uncle Marcus, a Wizard, gets in trouble in the bustling town of Boomstadt, where people are devoted to making money. Till faces the uproar over the King's birthday, and meets Lamme, a clumsy baker's apprentice, and Nele, the clever daughter of the Mayor. They all join in Till's quest, and they consult an irritable Magic Mirror that consults them in a series of mysterious rhyming riddles, that they will have to perform three dangerous tasks to free Marcus, who'll fade away in two days if they don't save him. They set out on their quest. And with the help of a little ducklin, they might be able to perform this!
