During a long, hot summer, two migrant workers with different attitudes to their situation make their way around Brussels.

synopsis

Niki arrives in Brussels and looks for work. Reginald is quickly disillusioned and wants to leave. Kapital Europe focuses the camera on their labour and their everyday experiences, blurring the line between fiction and documentary. The film also explores a metropolis, the capital of Europe, haunted by the ghosts of Capital and Resistance.
