synopsis

A group of teenagers spend the summer at the Belgian seaside. They look for love, friendship and most importantly, for themselves.
Twintigers Louise (Pommelien Thijs) en Alexandre (Willem De Schryver) beleven samen met hun vrienden een schijnbaar onbezonnen zomer in het weelderige Knokke. Door de hoge verwachtingen van hun ouders dreigen ze echter zichzelf te verliezen in luxe en feesten en gaan ze wanhopig op zoek naar iets wat ze maar niet vinden: echte vriendschap, liefde en vooral… zichzelf. Hun wereld wordt daarbij bovendien grondig verstoord door de komst van Daan (Eliyha Altena) en zijn moeder Melissa (Anna Drijver). Ook zij zijn op zoek, maar vooral naar de waarheid achter de maskers…
