A 100 years after his death, Belgian King Leopold II returns to 'his' Brussels. Haunted by his conscience, he is confronted with both his own past and today's metropolitan Brussels, a city of which he was once the visionary architect.
Cent ans après sa mort, l’ancien roi des Belges Leopold II retourne dans « sa » ville de Bruxelles. Hanté par sa conscience, il est confronté à son propre passé et à la métropole actuelle, une ville dont il fut dans le temps l’architecte visionnaire.
