synopsis

A Dutch couple, Ruud and Sofie, come over to Brussels to visit the Belgian capital. An African taxi driver offers them his services as their guide. He has, however, his own bizarre opinion about the capital of Europe. For instance, he points out the ugly sewer museum as the National Opera, he claims that the Atomium was taken down after the World Exhibition, and in his eyes, Manneken Pis is closed over the weekend. When the couple finally manages to escape from the horrible taxi driver, the next one is even worse...
