synopsis

Nathan Verhelst, a 44-year-old man from Sint-Niklaas in Belgium, was born Nancy and, after a lifetime of rejection and incest, is unable to find peace as a woman or as a man. Three doctors decide that his life quality isn't sustainable and give him permission to commit euthanasia.
