A number of cartoonists are being put on trial. The members of the jury don't hesitate to impose death penalties on the offenders, but one of them refuses to accept his fate...
Une bande de cartoonistes est menée devant un macabre tribunal. L'un d'entre eux est convaincu de ne pas encore avoir dessiné sa condamnation à mort.
Een rij cartoonisten verschijnt voor een macaber tribunaal. Telkens wanneer één van de juryleden zich door een cartoon beledigd voelt, wordt de maker onherroepelijk geëxecuteerd. De laatste in de rij probeert stiekem zijn doodvonnis te ontglippen.
