synopsis

During a long trip in search of her 'place to be and the one to be with', a naive young girl matures into a woman through seemingly chance encounters. Portable Life tells the story of her journey - a real and inner - through parallel worlds and different times where certain people are inextricably linked with each other.

Au cours d’un long voyage à la recherche de « sa place et de la personne avec qui être », une jeune fille naïve devient une jeune femme à travers des rencontres chanceuses. Portable Life raconte l’histoire de son voyage (un voyage réel et un voyage intérieur), au travers de mondes parallèles et de périodes différentes, où certaines personnes sont inextricablement liées les unes aux autres. Portable Life est un road movie contemporain, explorant les frontières entre le film et la photographie, avec une distribution internationale, tourné en Belgique, en France, en Roumanie, en Afrique du Sud, à Bali et au Maroc.
