A group of sleepers seek to revive language in a world that has fallen mute.

In a mute city where videos of wildfires go viral, a community commits to a strange slumber. Tired of struggling, a young night worker decides to give in to their call. Through encounters on this other side of reality, he gathers antidotes to despair and keys to revive language. When he wakes up, the world remains unchanged yet everything is different.
Blending mysticism and counter-utopia, Swarm explores how imagination holds the power to transform reality.
In een spraakloze stad, waar video’s van bosbranden viraal gaan, zakt een gemeenschap weg in een vreemde sluimer. Een jonge nachtarbeider wil niet langer vechten en besluit zich bij hen aan te sluiten. In deze ontmoeting vindt hij tegengif voor zijn wanhoop en sleutels die taal doen heropleven. Als hij wakker wordt, is de wereld onveranderd, maar alles is anders.
In een mix van mystiek en dystopie onderzoekt Swarm hoe verbeelding de kracht heeft om de werkelijkheid te transformeren.
