On Steven Kennis' quest for power in Belgian Parliament his new leader of the cabinet has to put the office in order.
De macht grijpen in de Wetstraat 16, dat is het ultieme doel van vicepremier Steven Kennis. Maar om eerste minister te worden, is er nog veel werk aan de winkel. En dat beseft ook De Partij. Die roept oude vos Charles Van Praet terug uit zijn fin de carrière-job bij de ECB om Kennis in de 16 te krijgen. Van Praet stelt onmiddellijk orde op zaken, zonder daarbij iets of iemand te sparen. En dat zorgt voor hilarische, maar soms ook wel gênante momenten.
