synopsis

A few days after the terrorist attacks in season one of The Golden Hour, detective Mardik is still imprisoned. As evidence mounts and new threats emerge, he manages to escape in order to prove his innocence. His search uncovers a shocking truth: extremists have deeply infiltrated Europe’s intelligence services, police and the military. What begins as a personal struggle turns into an international manhunt. With his family in danger and new attacks looming, Mardik is drawn into a world of lies and political intrigue.
Quelques jours après les attentats terroristes de la saison 1, l’inspecteur Mardik est toujours emprisonné. Alors que les preuves s’accumulent et que de nouvelles menaces émergent, il parvient à s’évader pour prouver son innocence. Son enquête révèle une vérité choquante: des extrémistes ont profondément infiltré les services de renseignement, la police et l’armée en Europe. Ce qui commence comme un combat personnel se transforme en une chasse à l’homme internationale. Sa famille étant en danger et de nouvelles attaques imminentes, Mardik est entraîné dans un monde de mensonges et d’intrigues politiques.
