On its way to a summit meeting in Brussels, the car of the Belgian Prime Minister is hijacked, his driver killed and the Prime Minister kidnapped. Soon, the PM learns that his wife and children are being held hostage. They will only survive if he kills the person he will meet at 3pm. Only, this person is the President of the United States...
Op weg naar een politieke top in Brussel wordt de auto van de eerste minister van België gekaapt, de chauffeur vermoord en de premier ontvoerd. Al snel ontdekt hij dat zijn vrouw en kinderen gegijzeld worden. Ze zullen het enkel overleven als hij de persoon vermoordt die hij die dag om 15u zal ontmoeten. Maar die persoon is niemand minder dan de president van de Verenigde Staten.
