On his 18th birthday Vincent ran away from a dysfunctional home situation, never to return. Today, seven years later, Vincent is a filmmaker. He draws on the wildness of his memories to meet the mother with whom he has lost contact. The Time We Have Left is an immersive documentary about an unconditional but vulnerable mother-son relationship.
