It's night. Three people find themselves in an endlessly repeating situation on four locations: in a bedroom, a living room, a sort of kitchen and a train station. The characters have no names and switch places every ten minutes. These Things Take Time has no beginning and no ending. When the characters end up in bed together the film takes off again where it started.
