During a holiday, two young women get lost in a rainforest. After wandering around for days, their irritation with one another grows. While dreams about ice cream increasingly creep into their reality, they become conscious of their own vulnerability.

synopsis

Misha and Billie arrive in a small village on the edge of the rainforest, ready for a short walk to a waterfall. When Misha sees a strange monkey along the way, they impulsively leave the path and soon get lost. They spend the night in the jungle, where Misha is plagued by dreams and hallucinations. Days pass and tension mounts: Billie is annoyed by Misha's light-heartedness. In an attempt to attract the attention of a helicopter, Billie falls from a tree and is seriously injured. Misha is swept away by a mudslide during a storm. The next morning, she washes up exhausted, right at the waterfall they wanted to visit.
Misha et Billie arrivent dans un petit village à la lisière de la forêt tropicale, prêts à faire une petite randonnée jusqu'à une cascade. Lorsque Misha aperçoit un singe étrange en chemin, ils quittent impulsivement le sentier et se perdent rapidement. Ils passent la nuit dans la jungle, où Misha est tourmenté par des rêves et des hallucinations. Les jours passent et la tension monte : Billie est agacée par la légèreté de Misha. En essayant d'attirer l'attention d'un hélicoptère, Billie tombe d'un arbre et se blesse gravement. Misha est emportée par une coulée de boue pendant une tempête. Le lendemain matin, elle échoue, épuisée, juste à côté de la cascade qu'ils voulaient visiter.
Misha en Billie komen aan in een klein dorpje aan de rand van het regenwoud, klaar voor een korte wandeling naar een waterval. Wanneer Misha onderweg een vreemde aap ziet, verlaten ze impulsief het pad. Al snel raken ze verdwaald. Ze brengen de nacht door in de jungle, waar Misha wordt geplaagd door dromen en hallucinaties. Dagen verstrijken en de spanning groeit: Billie ergert zich aan Misha’s luchtigheid. In een poging om de aandacht van een helikopter te trekken, valt Billie uit een boom en raakt ernstig gewond. Misha door een modderstroom meegesleurd tijdens een storm. De volgende ochtend spoelt ze uitgeput aan, precies bij de waterval die ze wilden bezoeken.
