synopsis

A man, Jef is sick and tired of everybody and everything. He desides to retire from the world from one week and takes a so-called 'vacation' in his own apartment. He shuts of the phone and eats deep-frozen pizza's every day. He drinks and thinks about his life. Will he be able to live through this hard confrontation with himself? Vacation is a tragi-comical film about loneliness and a reflection about the individual and his relationship with the world.
Jef en a assez. Il est fatigué des gens, des choses et puis de lui-même. Il se retire du monde en part une semaine en vacances... chez lui. Dans son propre appartement. Vacances! est une tragi-comédie à propos de la solitude.
Jef is alles en iedereen beu. Hij neemt een week vakantie in zijn eigen appartement. Hij trekt de telefoon uit, eet diepvriespizza's en houdt een feest. Zal hij deze confrontatie met zichzelf aankunnen? Vakantie! is een tragikomische film over eenzaamheid en kolder.
