synopsis

An old man of Maori descent crosses the world between dream and reality in the footsteps of his grandfather, who died in Belgium during the First World War.
Un vieil homme d’origine maorie revit, entre rêve et réalité, le lointain voyage effectué par son grandpère lors de la Première Guerre mondiale.
Een oude Maori vertrekt op reis. Onderweg herbeleeft hij op magisch-realistische wijze de tocht die zijn grootvader maakte op weg naar het Belgische front tijdens WO I.
