synopsis

In the space of three years, Brazil hosted two of the biggest sporting events on the planet: the FIFA World Cup in 2014 and the Olympic Games in 2016. We Must Be Dreaming examines their impact on the daily lives of three citizens of Rio de Janeiro, one of European heritage, one of African heritage, and one from the indigenous community.
