Après avoir passé plusieurs années en prison, Marcus est bien décidé à régler ses comptes avec son frère Simon. Wolf's Milk (Lait de loup) est une histoire sur l'amour fraternel. C'est l'histoire d'une famille qui se désintègre après de terribles mensonges.
Na een aantal jaren van gevangschap is Marcus vastbesloten een rekening te vereffenen met zijn broer Simon. Wolfsmelk is een verhaal over broederliefde en een familie die uiteen dreigt te vallen na een verschrikkelijke leugen.
