An animation series inspired by an Easter Egg tradition which speaks to the universal values of friendship and honesty.

Bim is an animation series consisting of seven 10-minute episodes which also go together to make up one full-length film. It is a family adventure series with comical undertones and magic/realistic elements. Bim is inspired by a European Easter tradition, which tells us that church bells fly to Rome just before Easter to gather Easter eggs. In our story, the eggs are not made of chocolate but are crystal, one of which holds the magic elixir that awakens Spring across the land on Easter Sunday. Though inspired by Christian tradition, the focus instead is on the universal values of friendship, honesty and the freedom to express who you really are.
Bim vertelt het verhaal van drie jonge klokken die voor het eerst de Paasreis naar Rome ondernemen. Het is een verhaal over vriendschap die je helpt om jezelf te aanvaarden. Bij aanvang van de reis kent Bim zijn reisgenoten Bommel en Pi amper. Hij voelt zich wat ongemakkelijk omdat hij minder snel kan vliegen dan zij. Hij blijkt echter iemand te zijn die op een creatieve manier en zonder kracht problemen kan oplossen. Dat zoiets een bijzondere gave is, leert hij van Bommel en Pi, die hem daardoor nog meer beginnen te appreciëren. De vriendschap groeit en Bim voelt zich erkend. Tot Aurora hem weer even aan zichzelf doet twijfelen...
