synopsis

Go-getting head of department Eefje takes over a well-integrated team where she is faced with three old hands. She wants to 'streamline' the department with modern management techniques, but quickly finds herself skating on thin ice with one of her employees, Frederick. When she wants to organise a 'debriefing' at the end of the day, she forces Frederick to abandon his plans for the evening. He takes revenge by disrupting the meeting in a cynical way. Eefje takes her tormentor to one side and asks him to put his cards on the table. The perfect trigger for Frederick to shatter both her and your perception of reality...
De ambitieuze afdelingsmanager Eefje komt binnengerold in een goed draaiende afdeling met drie routiniers. Ze wil de afdeling 'streamlinen' met moderne managementtechnieken, maar komt daarmee op gespannen voet te staan met een van haar werknemers, Frederick. Als ze op het einde van de werkdag nog een 'debriefing' wil doen, dwingt ze Frederick daarbij om zijn avondplannen op te bergen. Hij neemt wraak door de vergadering op cynische wijze te ontregelen, ondanks de positieve maar onbeholpen inbreng van zijn collega's. Eefje is echter vastberaden om de machtsstrijd op een beschaafde manier te winnen, ze neemt haar kwelduivel apart en vraagt hem zijn kaarten op tafel te leggen. Hét moment voor Frederick om haar en ook uw kijk op de werkelijkheid aan diggelen te slaan...
