Jean Dumont is determined to save Europe and is convinced he has found the solution to its economic problems.

Jean Dumont is employed by the Adam Smith Foundation to award the best business model with the 'Save Europe Award'. He travels through Europe with just one purpose: to get Europe out of its crisis. He is convinced that he has found the only solution to this problem: neo-liberalism, economic growth and a free economy. But Jean is so intent on finding business opportunities, he sometimes loses his perspective.
Jean Dumont wordt door de Europese Adam Smith Foundation erop uit gestuurd om de prijs voor het beste business idee te belonen met de 'Save Europe Award'. Daarvoor reist hij door Europa met als enige doel: Europa uit de crisis halen. Hij is er van overtuigd dat hij hiervoor de enige en juiste oplossing heeft gevonden: het neoliberalisme, economische groei en de vrije markteconomie. Hij wijdt zich met hart en ziel aan zijn taak en wil de burgers van de door de crisis getroffen landen helpen. Maar Jean is zo toegewijd dat hij overal, soms ten pas, maar meestal ten onpas, businessopportuniteiten ziet.
