synopsis

When the naive but conceited city cat Miss Moxy is kidnapped in the south of France by an ambitious guesthouse owner who wants to win an animal talent show with her, she manages to escape with a clever trick. Bravely, she begins the long journey home – but to get there, she must work together with the most despicable creatures a cat can imagine: a dog and a bird. Along the way, they experience thrilling adventures and discover the true meaning of friendship."
Als de naïeve maar verwaande stadskat Miss Moxy in Zuid-Frankrijk wordt gekidnapt door een ambitieuze pensionhoudster die met haar een dierentalentshow wil winnen, slaagt ze erin met een list te ontsnappen. Dapper begint ze aan de lange reis naar huis – maar om daar te komen, moet ze samenwerken met de meest verachtelijke wezens die een kat zich kan voorstellen: een hond en een vogel. Onderweg beleven ze spannende avonturen en ontdekken ze wat ware vriendschap betekent.
