A Russian bear goes to extreme limits to win back the love of his ex-wife in this animated short film.

synopsis

Russian bear Nicolaï emigrates to Europe to prove to the love of his life (his beautiful ex-wife Natasha) that he's not a loser. To convince Natasha that he's the one and only for her, he wants to get his 'Official European ID card' as soon as possible. But this is not easy as he lives and works in a zoo inside the fridge in which he was smuggled into Europe. During the day he works as a bear; in the evening he tries to forget his problems by playing the piano. Immigrants come and go, and one day a certain Gennady arrives at the zoo. He turns out to be Natasha's new husband...
L'ours russe Nicolaï émigre en Europe pour prouver à l'amour de sa vie (sa merveilleuse ex-femme Natasha) qu'il n'est pas un raté. La journée il travaille comme ours au zoo et la nuit il essaie d'oublier ses problèmes en jouant du piano. Les immigrants vont et viennent jusqu'au jour où un certain Gennady arrive au zoo. Il s'avère être le nouveau mari de l'inoubliable amour de Nicolaï, Natasha... Un film sur un ours et l'amour de sa vie.
De Russische beer Nicolaï is naar Europa gevlucht om zijn grote liefde, zijn bloedmooie ex Natasha te bewijzen dat hij geen loser is. Om haar te tonen dat hij ‘the one and only’ is wil hij zo snel mogelijk ‘officiële Europese verblijfsdocumenten’ te pakken krijgen, dit blijkt moeilijker dan gedacht. Net zoals alle andere immigranten leeft en werkt Nicolaï in de zoo, waar hij overdag werkt als ‘Beer’ en ‘s avonds zijn zorgen probeert te vergeten met piano spelen. Vreemdelingen komen en gaan. Op een dag arriveert er een zekere Gennady. Hij blijkt niemand anders te zijn dan de nieuwe man van Nicolaï's onvergetelijke liefde - Natasha.
