In the midst of the lockdown, Hilde’s main concern is her demented mother. To keep the bond with her mother alive, she decides to restore an old carpet for her. But when her biggest dream gets shattered and visits to her mother are discouraged, Hilde is confronted with her own loneliness.
De aandacht van Hilde gaat tijdens de lockdown vooral naar haar demente moeder. Onderhuids heeft ze wilde dromen. Om de band met haar moeder levendig te houden, beslist ze een oud tapijt voor haar te herstellen. Maar wanneer haar grootste droom een flinke knauw krijgt en het bezoek aan haar moeder haar wordt afgeraden, wordt Hilde geconfronteerd met haar eigen eenzaamheid.
