Paul Dujardin, director general of the Centre for Fine Arts (Bozar) in Brussels, and Luc Tuymans, one of painting's titans, offer us a peek like no other into the fascinating and unknown world of the 'fine arts'. They show us that even the art world has become global and is playing an ever more influential role in the professional and political world on a national and international level. For more than a year, director Manu Riche followed Dujardin's every move during his uphill struggle to develop a large-scale co-operative project between Belgium and China.
