Jules Claus hates Christmas! While his mother has to work, Jules spends a lot of time in his grandfather's toy shop during the holidays. By way of a magical snow globe he discovers that he is next in line to become Santa, but first he needs to learn to love the 'most wonderful time of the year' again.
Jules Claus houdt helemaal niet van Kerstmis. Na het overlijden van zijn vader vorig jaar wil hij niets meer te maken hebben met de zogenaamde 'mooiste tijd van het jaar'. Op een dag vindt hij een magische sneeuwbol die hem op bijzondere wijze naar de verste uithoeken van de wereld kan brengen. Tijdens zijn avontuur ontdekt hij iets verbazingwekkends: niemand minder dan zijn eigen grootvader is de enige echte kerstman! De traditie blijkt al jaren in de familie te zitten, en nu Jules zijn vader er niet meer is heeft zijn grootvader de taak weer op zich genomen...
