Three boys are playing soldiers amid the vast dunes of the Flemish coast. 10-year-old Karel is separated from his friends and discovers a young couple making love, hidden from sight, deep in the dunes. This incident will change his life forever.
Drie jongens spelen soldaatje in het uitgestrekte duinenlandschap aan de Vlaamse kust. Karel, een wildebras van 10 jaar oud, raakt afgescheiden van zijn twee vrienden. Diep verscholen tussen de duinen maakt Karel een ontdekking die zijn leven zal veranderen en enkel in geheimhouding herinnerd kan worden.
