Shipwrecked on his island, Robinson wrestles with the madness of loneliness, chained to hungry dreams of consumerism and to his computer tablet.

synopsis

Robinson is a doctor, and his solitude is voluntary. He lives on an island invaded by migrants, NGOs and guards. He saves Friday, a castaway, the only survivor of an illegal refugee boat. During his journey on the island, Robinson encounters extraordinary beings and events. He confronts current affairs through visual poetry and symbolism, in a world where everyone is looking for their own paradise.
Robinson est médecin, et sa solitude est volontaire sur une île envahie par les migrants, les ONG et les gardes. Il sauve Vendredi, un naufragé, seul survivant de son bateau de réfugiés illégal. Au cours de son voyage sur l'île, Robinson rencontre des créatures et des événements extraordinaires. Il confronte les événements actuels avec la poésie visuelle et le symbolisme dans un monde où chacun cherche son propre paradis.
Robinson is arts. Zijn eenzaamheid is vrijwillig, op een eiland dat overspoeld wordt door migranten, NGO's en bewakers. Hij redt Vrijdag, een schipbreukeling, de enige overlevende van een illegale vluchtelingenboot. Tijdens zijn reis op het eiland ontmoet Robinson buitengewone wezens en ervaart hij buitengewone gebeurtenissen. Hij confronteert de actualiteit met visuele poëzie en symboliek in een wereld waar iedereen zijn eigen paradijs zoekt.
