The world’s oceans are behaving strangely. An ice worm is causing tsunamis. Deadly bacteria are poisoning drinking water. Whales aggressively attack boats. With no reasonable explanation, a group of scientists starts to believe that a sophisticated intelligence is retaliating against humanity. They take a technologically advanced submarine and dive deep beneath the Arctic Ocean, in search of an unknown menace.
