De dansfilm Nous Trois is een trilogie waarin om de zes jaar dezelfde drie meisjes worden gefilmd. De film toont hoe drie opgroeiende meisjes hun vleugels uitstrekken, hun ontluikende identiteit symbolisch bewerkt wordt over een periode van twaalf jaar. De film vertelt het verhaal over de zoektocht en het behouden van de kinderlijke fantasie.
