Three friends will experience their last summer together before they start at different high schools. Helping each other to ride their longest wheelie (riding a bike with one wheel in the air), they realize how important their friendship is to them.

synopsis

The last summer before high school is dawning and friends Garvey, Bas and Stag spend as much time together as possible on their pimped wheelie bikes. Together with bike repairman Driss and the wheelie gang they enjoy carefree ride-outs, but there is also tension in the air: after the summer Garvey and Bas will each go their own way at different high schools. While Bas is curiously looking forward to new friendships, Garvey fears losing their special bond. Fortunately Stag, who already has a year of experience in high school, offers support and advice.
De laatste zomer voor het middelbaar breekt aan en vrienden Garvey, Bas en Stag brengen zoveel mogelijk tijd samen door op hun gepimpte wheelie bikes. Samen met fietsenmaker Driss en de wheelie gang genieten ze van zorgeloze ride-outs, maar er hangt ook spanning in de lucht: na de zomer gaan Garvey en Bas elk hun eigen weg op verschillende middelbare scholen. Terwijl Bas nieuwsgierig uitkijkt naar nieuwe vriendschappen, vreest Garvey hun bijzondere band te verliezen. Gelukkig biedt Stag, die al een jaar ervaring heeft in het middelbaar, steun en advies.
