Amid the celebrations of a surprise birthday party it becomes apparent that things are not really what they seem.

synopsis

One evening, 38-year-old Frank returns to his quiet residential house where his family have organised a surprise birthday party. Everybody is present: his wife, two children, brother, sister-in-law, his father... even the babysitter. Toasts are drunk, his favourite meal served and a birthday cake provided. But, amid the celebration, there are hints that things aren't really what they seem...
Frank viert zijn 38ste verjaardag met zijn familie. Tijdens dit ogenschijnlijk onschuldige familiefeestje blijkt in werkelijkheid niets te zijn wat het aanvankelijk lijkt.
